Les founded The Wells Partnership in 1995. He has 38 +years of experience in project management and over 28 years’ experience as an Owner Representative. Les is a licensed Architect in Colorado as well as Illinois. He contributes seasoned expertise in the planning and implementation of programs.
Les is widely recognized by peers in the industry for his overall project knowledge and development expertise. Les earned a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Colorado and is a member of The American Institute of Architects, as well as the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Les has performed as an executive for design, construction and real estate development firms. He brings invaluable experience to our clients in the entitlement process, contract negotiation and project delivery. His expertise shines light on opportunities through a lens which also recognizes and mitigates risk.
Axel B Russell AIA, NCARB, LEED Green Associate
Axel has a career spanning more than 40 years in design,construction,and real estate development,on a national and international level.Axel is a licensed Architect in Colorado,
New Mexico, and Minnesota. He has gained the experience that brings tremendous value to our clients with 20 + years of experience in the consulting industry and over 20 years’
experience as an Owner Representative.
Axel earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters of Real Estate & Construction Management from The University of Colorado.
He is a member of The American Institute of Architects,National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a LEED Green Associate.
Axel is very knowledgeable in all methods of project delivery in a broad range of building types.His in depth knowledge informs a team through the collaborative highly integrated delivery process necessary to bring a project to completion.
Lisa A. Vogele, LEED AP BD+C
Lisa brings 20 + years of experience in roles as Owner Representative, Owner/Developer, project management and construction management. She has three degrees; Associate of Applied Science Architectural Engineering Technology,Bachelor of Science Architectural Technology, and a Masters of Construction Science & Management from Clemson University.
Lisa is a LEED AP BD + C professional.
Lisa’s broad base of experience includes schools, healthcare,power plants,theme parks,office buildings,and luxury residential/hospitality.
She leads teams from preconstruction through occupancy. Her successful projects have been complex with challenging schedules. Lisa has worked nationally and internationally. She has managed the LEED certification process for buildings and environmental mitigation.
Mark W. Young, NCARB
Mark has a rich and diverse array of design, construction,and project management experience in a career spanning 30 years. Mark is a licensed Architect in Colorado with national and International work experience. Mark earned a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Oregon,and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Mark has overseen the construction of hundreds of millions of dollars of construction. Knowledge of the design and construction process comes from time spent practicing the art. He derives great satisfaction from leading a team pursuing a shared goal. Mark brings invaluable experience to our clients with a wealth of experience gathered over many years and project types. His expertise in the different delivery options allows great flexibility for owners.
James A. Steimel
Jim has a career spanning 45+ years in the construction industry.He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Arizona.Jim has been a member of SMPS and CSI. He has held a Class A Construction Supervisors Certificate in Denver. He has served as a construction field engineer, project engineer, superintendent, area manager and senior project manager.
Jim has worked on project types including mixed-use,residential, recreation, sports, educational, municipal,parking structures, high rise office buildings, industrial,retail and shopping centers. His years of in depth experience in all construction delivery methods, and projects of great complexity brings real value to the design and construction team for the success of the project.
Alannah M. Quiniones,
Alannah has a career in Professional Office Management of 15 years.Her multi-tasking keeps the office running.She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado Christian University.
Alannah processes all invoicing and is skilled in preparing Owner and Lender Draw Packages formatted as needed to suit each institution. She provides cost management, cost control and document control for all projects.She is instrumental in preparing all project financial reports issued by The Wells Partnership. Alannah works on all project types that flow through the office.Site visits are a welcome break in office routine and make the connection to the project real.
